As a robot series, the two models provided by IRB1200 are widely applicable to various tasks. Both models can be equipped with SafeMove2, Foundry Expert II and clean room protection level. The working ranges of these two models are 700mm and 900mm respectively, and the maximum effective load is 7kg and 5kg respectively.
Equipped with the new design of SafeMove2, IRB1200 is the smallest robot equipped with advanced safety certification monitoring software from ABB.
The structure is compact, and the second axis of IRB1200 has no convexity. This innovative design makes it have a longer stroke than other small robots, which greatly shortens the distance between the robot and the workpiece without affecting its excellent performance.
Rugged and durable, the robot can be installed at any angle. It is equipped with IP40 protection level as standard. It can also be equipped with ABB Foundry Plus2 protection system to make it work in harsh environments.
